you. Before we hire any applicant, a criminal background
investigation is conducted including drug testing. We train
weekly on communications, customer service, safety, and
technical mastery. Every team member receives specialized
training in areas such as, “Professional Call Taking
and Dispatching School” and “Professional Electrician
School”.
Customer Service Reps
Our CSRs will answer your call in a courteous manner
and take all the information required to get our technicians
to your location. Prior to the arrival of the technician,
our CSRs will call you to confirm the appointment.
If you need to speak to management, you will be directed
to the correct manager that can assist you with your
needs. Our CSRs will provide follow up calls to insure
that your job was completed to your satisfaction, and
they will accept suggestions for improving our services
in the future.
Technicians
Our technicians wear clean uniforms that bear our company name,
and badges clearly display their first and last names. They give you
the “Red Carpet Treatment,” wearing shoe protectors over
their boots to protect your flooring. Our electricians want you to make
informed decisions so, before they start a job, they will ask questions
and listen to your input. They will give you all the available options
to choose from and take the time to fully explain what steps will be
taken to correctly complete the work. They use drop cloths, and clean
up when they are done. When the work is completed, they will go over
the job to obtain your approval.
Trucks
Our trucks are clean and well-marked so you can easily identify
us when we arrive at your door. They arrive with all the parts needed
to complete most normal jobs. We call our fully stocked trucks "Warehouses
On Wheels." The trucks carry all the necessary parts to make normal
and emergency repairs, install new outlets, new light fixtures, ceiling
fans and electrical circuit breaker panels.

what a job will cost before the work is started. Our technician will show
you the fee for your service on our pricing guide, and he will not begin
work until you accept the quoted fee. This is not an estimate, but the
actual cost to perform the service needed. You will never be charged by
the hour regardless of the length of time needed to complete the service.
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed
If we fail to arrive during our scheduled appointment time
frame, you will not be charged a travel fee. Also, if you are not 100%
satisfied with the service we have provided, we will refund all your
money. If our electricians smoke or swear in your home, are not drug-free,
do not wear shoe covers or leave your home without cleaning up, you will
not pay for the service. Only when you are 100% satisfied with our work,
will we take payment for our services. If a repair fails in the first
two years we will repair it again absolutely free. It is our goal to
exceed all of your expectations.
